CBX Introduction

While we believe that our group classes provide a more encouraging and supportive environment for your athletic development, occasionally you may only have time to make it to a scheduled open gym session.

Open gym poses many opportunities and is commonly used to catch up on a workout you missed, practising new techniques, working on your weaknesses, improving mobility or getting help from one of our knowledgable coaches.

Taking time to work on things your not good at or making up workouts you missed say’s a lot about you as an athlete and how serious you are about bettering yourself.
